Ginger Pye

Ginger Pye is a small business started up by “mumpreneur” sisters Nicola and Julia, in the great south of New Zealand (sunny Dunedin, that is).

We have designed a range of reusable sandwich and snack wraps with a difference! Don't waste any more money on plastic wrap that ends up floating around in the ocean, or lunch paper that gets soggy and ripped! Each Ginger Pye reusable sandwich wrap can be used again and again (not just for sandwiches - great for pizza, crackers and all kinds of snacks). The wrap keeps your food fresh for hours, then serves as a handy lunch mat when opened, to keep everything clean!

Each wrap is handmade and we have a limited stock of each fabric to ensure individuality and to avoid that factory-made look. We use cotton or cotton-blend fabrics and a certified food-safe plastic lining, so that our wraps can easily be wiped clean, or thrown in the washing machine. Our plastic is much more eco-friendly than most, as it is produced without the use of nasty chlorine.
