Our German Brew Master, trained in Munich, will be hand-crafting all our beers in accordance with the German Beer Purity Law of 1516, meaning NO added sugar !!

Our German beer styles will be brewed with authentic GERMAN yeasts, and our British styles will be brewed with BRITISH yeasts, a major key to achieving truly authentic beers...

We have set up a Bottle Re-use Initiative (BRI), so that our bottles can be returned to the Brewery at 9 Grange St, Dunedin, or at the Otago Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. This BRI was acknowledged, and won an Award from the Packaging Council of NZ in September 2005. We collect the bottles, then the bottle is commercially washed and sanitised, then put back into production, showing our commitment to caring for our environment !
